Happy Holidays to my Friends and Family!

Just a few years ago (wink) when my younger sister Kristy and I became too old to believe in Santa Claus, we refused to let the spirit die.  We signed our gifts "From Sonya Claus" and "From Kris Kringle."

You may say that "Christmas is for Children!" (Hanukkah is for Half-pints!  Kwanzaa is for Kids!  Bodhi Day is for Babies!  Or whatever your version may be).  But I dare you to search inside and rediscover the innocent awe that could bring back the twinkle in your eye this holiday season.

Several of you have been requesting a holiday music CD from me this year.  What a fabulous idea!  I'll put it on my list of New Year's Resolutions (to be accomplished within the next ten years or so).

Meanwhile, here is a little present for you.  Many years ago I recorded a holiday tune to be included on a compilation album by various artists from Arizona.  All proceeds benefited the Central Arizona Shelter Services for the homeless.  My website now includes an mp3 of my version of "Let It Snow, Let It Snow, Let It Snow," performed in sunny Reggae style (for those of us living in warmer climates).

After you've joyously shopped online, sent your annual e-cards and ordered your baked goods to be delivered (my, hasn't life changed?), come join me for an eggnog at one of my holiday performances.  And don't forget to make your New Year's Eve reservations right away!

PS: Does all of this holiday cheer make you turn green as Mr Grinch?  I'll not bother you again (and will remove you from this list) if you fill in the blanks below, cut and paste your response in an email and type in the subject Line, "Stink. Stank. Stunk."

You're a mean one, Mr. Grinch.
You really are a heel.
You're as cuddly as a cactus,
You're as charming as an _____.
Mr. Grinch.

You're a bad banana
With a greasy black _____.

You're a monster, Mr. Grinch.
Your heart's an empty hole.
Your brain is full of spiders,
You've got garlic in your _____.
Mr. Grinch.

Or just be old-fashioned and type "Remove the Scrooge."
